Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between LoopinCard (“we”) and the business that creates a LoopinCard account (“you”). By creating an account you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you may bind it.

1. The service

LoopinCard lets you design a loyalty card, issue it to customers in Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or on the web, stamp it, run offers, referrals and automated reminders, collect feedback and see statistics. Wallet features depend on Apple and Google, whose rules and availability may change.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate business details.
• Keep your password and staff PINs private. You are responsible for everything done with them.
• Tell us at once through our contact form or by calling +91 85559 67330 if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Plans, trials and payment

• The Free plan covers 1 outlet and up to 100 card holders. Plan limits are enforced in the product.
• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Indian rupees plus GST, with a GST invoice.
• Trials are free; you are not charged unless you choose a paid plan.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next billing period.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our refund and cancellation policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use LoopinCard to:

• send spam, misleading, offensive, hateful or illegal messages;
• enrol customers without their consent, or knowingly enrol children without a guardian's consent;
• promote alcohol, tobacco, gambling or other products where Indian law restricts such promotion;
• probe, overload or attempt to break the security of the service, or access another shop's data;
• resell the service without our written agreement.

5. Your customers' data

Your customers' data belongs to you. You are the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act and we process it for you as described in our Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these terms. You must have a valid reason to message customers and honour their requests to stop or to delete their data.

6. Rewards and offers

You decide your rewards and offers and must honour them for customers who earn them. We are not a party to that promise.

7. Messages and wallet delivery

Apple and Google control delivery of wallet updates and notifications, and may limit how often a card is notified (Google currently allows 3 notifying messages per card per day). We do not guarantee that any message is delivered or seen.

8. Availability and support

We work to keep LoopinCard available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is done at quiet hours where possible. Support is by email; paid plans get priority.

9. Intellectual property

We own LoopinCard, its software and brand. You own your logo, photos, card text and customer data, and give us a licence to host, display and deliver them only to run the service for you.

10. Third-party services

The service relies on providers such as Apple, Google and our hosting provider, listed on the Trust page. We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before it.

12. Indemnity

You will compensate us for claims arising from your messages, offers, rewards or misuse of customer data.

13. Suspension and termination

• You can close your account at any time through our contact form.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, endanger customers or the service, or do not pay.
• For 30 days after closure you can ask for a copy of your customer list; after that we delete data as set out in the privacy policy.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. We will email you before material changes take effect; continuing to use the service means you accept them.
